2. **Track Installation * *

Use a level to calibrate, and the horizontal deviation per meter of the track shall not exceed 2mm. For longer tracks, check the calibration in sections to prevent accumulated errors.

-**Weight balance and installation sequence**: For large or multi-panel partitions, pay attention to weight balance. The partition can be divided into several parts and installed separately to ensure that the weight of each part is evenly distributed on the track. The installation sequence generally starts from one end, and the partition panel is installed on the track in turn, taking care not to damage the track and pulley.

-**Verticality adjustment**: During the installation process, use a plumb line or a laser verticality meter to check the verticality of the partition. Every time a panel is installed, check whether it is vertical. If verticality deviation is found, it can be corrected by adjusting the adjusting feet or connecting parts at the bottom of the partition to ensure that the entire partition is installed vertically.

4. **Check and debug after installation * *

-**Appearance inspection**: Check the appearance of the partition, including surface flatness, color consistency, splicing gap size, etc. The surface should be flat and smooth, without obvious scratches, dents or protrusions; the color should be uniform, without color difference; the splicing gap should be tight and uniform, and the width should meet the requirements (generally not more than 3mm).

-**Function check**: Check the moving function of the partition to ensure that the partition can move smoothly on the track without jamming or blocking. Check the sound insulation effect and feel whether the sound insulation meets the design requirements by making sound on both sides of the partition. At the same time, check the sealing performance to see if there is light leakage and air leakage.

-**Safety check**: Check whether the partition is firmly installed and whether there are loose parts. Especially for tall partitions, to ensure its stability, to prevent dumping. For movable partitions with electric devices, check whether the circuit system is safe and whether there is any risk of leakage.
